Face Mask For All Skin Types, Soothing.

Mix a large handful of natural oats to half a cup of hot water, leave the oats to soak up the water for a few minutes and then add two large spoons (15ml)  of natural yogurt,
2 large spoons of honey and the white of a small egg. 
(Pop the yolk of the egg in a cup in the fridge to eat or use later). Mix it gently then gently apply to your face, slice 2 slices of cucumber for your eys, then sit back and relax for around 15 minutes.
Wash off gently with warm water.
