Using The Whole Dandelion For Relief Of...

Pretty Powerful
Dandelions are a versatile plant, often overlooked and weeded out, considered a pest.
If you are considering digging them up, don't throw them away.

They have long been known to ease various ailments, and you can use them as freely as you wish.
The leaves can be gently cooked with a little butter and served as a part of many different dishes.
The leaves are also a good addition to soup.

You can also eat the leaves raw, perfect for salads or to add to cheese sandwiches!

An infusion of the root and leaves can help ease digestive problems, bladder and kidney problems, circulation and rheumatic pain.
Just put the leaves and chopped roots in water, bring to the boil slowly then leave the mixture to infuse for 20 minutes or so.
3 cups a day before meals.
