Lose Weight With Home Made Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for many, many years to cure many ailements and also assist with weight loss.

All you need is sugar, apples (or apple scraps, no stems) and water.

Start with 3 apples or their equivalent in peel and cores.
Wash and chop the apples up and place in a sterile container.
Mix one tablespoon of sugar in a cup of water and pour over the apples.
If needed add more water to cover the apples.
Cover the container with a paper towel or cheesecloth and serure it with string or an elastic band to keep insects out.
Put the container in a warm dark place for two or three weeks.
Then strain out the liqiud and discard the apple pieces (pop them in your composter).
Pour the strained liquid back into the container, cover again and leave for 4 to 6 weeks, gently stirring it every few days.
After about 4 weeks put it to the taste test and when it has reached the acidity you like transfer it to a bottle with a lid and that's it, your home made organic and pure Apple Cider Vinegar is ready!
